Privacy Policy

Parvixome (parvixome.com) is a study workspace: you build roadmaps, take notes, add files and links, review with quizzes and flashcards, and study with other people in shared rooms. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who can see it, and the controls you have.

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.

Content you create or upload. This includes videos, audio, documents and scans you add, which we process (for example transcribe and split into sections) so Parvilia and your tools can use them. Notes, roadmaps, files, links, quizzes, bookmarks, highlights, room messages and study history that you add to your workspace.

Usage and device information. Basic product analytics (pages and features used), error logs, and your approximate usage of AI features so we can apply plan limits.

Sharing activity. When you open a shared room link while signed in, the owner can see your name, username and photo, when you opened it and whether you added parts of it to your own rooms. Owners can block you or hide items from you. If you share a room, you see the same about the people who open it.

Preferences and feedback. Your language, email settings and any feedback you send us from Settings.

Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment processor on its own hosted page. Card details never reach our servers; we only receive confirmation of your plan and billing status.

If you add your own AI provider key (Pro and Premium), we store it encrypted and use it only to send your requests to that provider on your behalf.

The only Google user data Parvixome accesses is the basic profile you approve at sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. We use it to create and identify your account, show your name and picture to people you study with, and contact you about your account.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to run the service (see service providers below), to comply with law, or with your consent. Our staff do not read your content unless you ask us for support, it is needed to investigate abuse or a security issue, or the law requires it.

Parvixome's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To provide the product: store your workspace, sync it across your devices, run rooms, and generate roadmaps, notes, quizzes and answers when you ask the AI to. To keep it safe: prevent abuse, enforce limits, and debug problems. To improve it: understand which features are used. To communicate: account, billing and security messages.

When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that request (for example the topic you typed or the note you selected) is sent to an AI provider to produce the result. If you use your own API key, it is sent to the provider you chose instead.

We don't sell your data. We don't use your workspace content or messages to train AI models, and our AI providers are not permitted to train on it through our account. We don't share your content with other users unless you invite them to a room or share an item. Shared links you create can be turned off at any time.

A share link shows a preview of the sections, resources and tools you choose. People who open it can look around and add parts of it to their own rooms, which makes them a separate copy that they own; they cannot change your room. You can hide single items from everyone or from one person, block a person, or turn the link off at any time under Library > Shared, and sections you hide are not sent to the visitor's browser.

A link works for anyone who has it. Signed-out visitors can look but cannot add anything. If your account is paused or scheduled for deletion, your links stop working.

Service providers that help us run Parvixome, only for that purpose: database, authentication and file storage (Supabase); AI model providers (such as OpenAI); real-time collaboration and voice/video (Liveblocks and LiveKit); product analytics (PostHog); and payments (Flutterwave). They process data under their own security and privacy commitments.

Other people, only as you choose: members of a room see what happens in it, and anyone you share an item with (by invite or by link) can see that item.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect people and the service.

Chatting with Parvilia on the public pages doesn't require an account. Those conversations are tied to a temporary session identifier, not your identity, unless you later sign in and choose to continue inside your workspace. Messages may be logged to improve replies and catch abuse, stored separately from workspace content.

We use a secure cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage for preferences such as theme and recent sessions. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

We keep your workspace content while your account is active. You can delete individual items, rooms and shared links at any time. To delete your account, request it in Settings > Account. We keep the request for 14 days so you can cancel it, cancel any subscription so you are not charged again, and then a member of our team permanently deletes your account and the content tied to it. Until then you can pause your account instead, which hides your profile and links and stops our emails. You can download your data any time from Settings > Privacy & data. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing records. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

You can view and edit your content, download a copy of it, choose your language and which emails you get, change who can access shared items and room invite links, remove AI keys you added, and clear local data from your browser. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, encrypt stored API keys, apply row-level access rules so users can only reach their own data, and limit internal access to what's needed to operate the product. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your data we'll tell you plainly.

Parvixome is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll surface that inside the product before it takes effect and update the date on this page.
